Northshore Paving began work on the roads on Aug. 21 and finished up in mid August. Thank you, drivers and pedestrians, for your patience during the process.

The 2017 Pavement Overlay and Preservation Program involved grinding and overlaying portions of these roads:
  • 100th Ave NE/19th Ave SE
  • 102nd Ave NE
  • Juanita-Woodinville Way
Specific work included removing and reconstructing certain sections of roadway, asphalt grinding, asphalt overlay, constructing ADA curb ramps, and marking pavement.

The cost estimate for this project was about $550,000. Northshore Paving's bid was $455,187.49.

Council awarded the contract on July 18. The contractor had 30 working days to finish the project, but finished earlier.
