Bike Plan

The City of Bothell is currently in the process of updating its Citywide Bike Plan. The updated plan will also serve as a guide for prioritizing and implementing bike network improvements that can be added to the City’s Capital Facilities Plan. The purpose of the update is to meet Comprehensive Plan goals in support of the Puget Sound Regional Council’s Active Transportation Plan objectives

Bike facility improvements evolved significantly from past practices and are now included in most major city centers. The improvements planned include bike lanes and separated, protected, and buffered bike lanes.  Here are examples:

Open Houses

The City wants to receive feedback from the public about the proposed Bike Plan at the upcoming Open House events from 5:30 - 7 p.m. on:

  • Wednesday, Sept. 19 at Bothell City Hall located at 18415 101st Ave. NE, Bothell
  • Wednesday, Sept. 26 at Frank Love Elementary school at 303 224th St. SW, Bothell
