Providing guidance and advice to management on issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Hosting workplace and/or community events and training opportunities that foster discussion about diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Developing employee recruitment/retention strategies aimed at increasing organizational diversity.
Identifying, leveraging, and learning from individuals and groups within our community and region that come from a diverse range of cultural background and perspectives.
Reviewing and improving upon City policies and practices to ensure fair and equitable treatment of city employees.
