Utility Billing Staff Unavailable

Utility Billing staff is preparing for the enhanced billing system to go-live on July 29. This means that Utility Billing staff will not be available between Wednesday, July 24 and Friday, July 26 to assist customers. 

Reminder

During the week of July 29, City of Bothell Utility Billing (water/sewer) customers will receive two mailers:

  1. A blue mailer with new Account-CustomerID number and information on setting up online options.
  2. The Utility Billing Statement for May/June usage. The bill is due on or before August 20, 2019. The bill must be paid using your new Account-CustomerID number provided in the blue mailer.
