Bothell’s City Hall, open since fall 2015 in a new building downtown, has received recognition as a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold building. LEED sets high standards for high-performance green buildings, based on scientific standards and best practices. LEED Gold is the second-highest LEED rating after Platinum.
