March 16, 2021 - Last summer city staff began taking a closer look at our internal processes and how we approach diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Staff and City Council discussed Bothell demographics, which show a beautiful, growing, and changing community.
In late 2020, City Council adopted a new DEI priority, affirming that everyone in Bothell should feel safe, welcome, and included in decision-making.
As we start to make decisions about DEI consultants, staffing, and resources, we need your input.
Please take 15 - 20 minutes to complete this survey by March 26th.
