Community Listening Sessions for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Survey

We want to hear from you! Join the City of Bothell for a Community Conversation about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB), facilitated by our DEIB consultant Chanin Kelly-Rae. Sign up for one of several virtual Zoom sessions being offered over the next few weeks.

CKR Consulting has partnered with the city to conduct an Equity Gap Analysis, the result of which will be a 3-year Roadmap that will create more equitable and inclusive policies to nurture a diverse and stronger community. One element of this process involves engaging with community members in conversations centering DEIB.

Come give input on how Bothell can become a place where all people can feel safe, respected and where everyone can have a sense of belonging. Your input will have a direct influence on various City culture, policies, programs, and practices.
