Street crews have been working hard this summer repairing sidewalks near Canyon Park Junior High and Westhill Elementary School. This work was prioritized based on feedback from the Safe School Walk Routes Taskforce.

As of Aug. 14, crews have repaired 4,197 linear feet in 2018. During July and August, crews repaired  over 500  linear feet of sidewalk in the Birkshire Neighborhood next to Westhill Elementary School and around 300 linear feet in neighborhoods near Canyon Park Junior High.

In September, crews will begin pavement patching on local roads in the Northwood Neighborhood in the Shelton View Elementary School Zone.
