Shred Event

A free community event for residents to shred confidential documents and collect food for local food banks.  Residents will be able to drop off three paper bags or two file/copy boxes of documents for shredding at a shred truck. 

Event Date

Saturday, Apr. 20 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.


On 101st Ave. NE between NE 185th St. and NE 183th St. in front of Bothell City Hall.

Process for shredding

  1. Residents will enter 101st Ave from NE 185th St. 
  2. City staff will greet residents and assist in unloading bags/boxes for shredding and canned food for donation
  3. City staff will direct residents to pull through and exit on NE 183rd St.

To reduce traffic impacts, residents will NOT be able to watch documents shred. All documents must be dropped off to City Staff for shredding.
