Cruelty & Neglect

Animal cruelty and neglect occur in many forms
Sometimes these situations may be remedied with a simple reminder that pets need to have access to warm, dry shelter during unpredictable, and often inclement weather.

In other situations, animal cruelty may be more dramatic, such as a dog tangled in its chain, an animal being left in a car on a hot day, a pet being beaten or a dog forced to fight other animals.
