The new Bothell City Hall is now open at 18415 101st Avenue Northeast.
The building opened on time and the construction project was under the $46.7 million budget.
The new city Hall brings many benefits, including:
- It consolidates staff and functions from six buildings into one to improve customer service.
- It replaces an increasingly costly and physically inadequate City Hall built in 1938, when Bothell's population was 800.
- The new building offers services to the public on the first floor, with additional staff housed on three upper floors.
- The building totals 53,350 feet above grade with 82,000 feet below grade, including a three-level underground parking garage.
- Dedicated parking stalls will be available for public use during the evening and on weekends.
