Project description
This project reconfigured the intersection at Bothell-Everett Highway and 228th St SE in Canyon Park, to enhance traffic safety and operations. The west leg of 228th St SE is now widened to include an additional left turn lane. The traffic islands at the intersection have been replaced with new channelization, and traffic signal operations and street lighting are updated.
Construction began in mid September 2015 and, after a long winter shut-down, finished up in July 2016.
