Note: The City of Bothell does not enforce property line disputes, hazardous trees on adjacent properties, or tenant / landlord disputes.
If you are a tenant/renter in the City of Bothell and you have a dispute or disagreement with the landlord, please review this document for information and links to resources through the Attorney General's Office. Please follow the avenues outlined in this document, as well as RCW 59.18, for disputes with the landlord before contacting the city for assistance.
