The City of Bothell is preparing to deliver on one of the highest-ranked projects on a list of sidewalk needs. The City is now designing a project to add sidewalks, bike lanes and curb ramps to NE 188th Street from just west of Pop Keeney Stadium to 92nd Avenue NE. Construction is scheduled to begin this spring, with completion by the end of 2019. Check out a short video about the upcoming project.
The community is invited to learn more at an open house:

NE 188th Street is a major connector for people getting to and from Bothell High School, Pop Keeney Stadium, McMenamins and the retail hub including QFC and Starbucks. More people asked for this project than any other in the Safe Streets & Sidewalks program.
The project is funded by the Safe Streets & Sidewalks Levy approved by voters in 2016 and by a WSDOT Safe Routes to School grant.
