Mark your calendar for Thursday, April 29th 7-8:00 PM, for Chat with the Chief; A Bothell Community Conversation. Join Bothell Police Chief Ken Seuberlich on Zoom.
It's been a long time since we've gathered in person, so come say hello, bring your questions, share!
Please register here. Registration ends one hour before the event (6:00 PM), to ensure that all attendees receive the Zoom link via email.
More than forty people joined us in our last Chat with the Chief event on March 4th. It was great to hear from so many members of the community. Since then, we've also ironed out some technical issues, hoping to make it easier for even more residents to join us on Zoom.
Community building during the Covid-19 pandemic isn't easy, but it is essential. Bothell is such a special place to live and work. We would love to hear how your neighborhood is coping and how we can help.
It's also very important to us that everyone is able to fully participate in this online gathering. If you need an accommodation, please let us know as soon as possible. Email our Community Engagement Coordinator, Cam Johnson.
If you don't have a Zoom account: No worries. Although a basic Zoom account is free, you don't need to sign up or download Zoom to join us for Chat with the Chief.
If you've been avoiding online gatherings, we understand that using new technology for the first time can be intimidating, and we really want to help. One video we've found (that's helpful for new-to-Zoom users of all ages) is Zoom Tutorial for Seniors: Step by Step, How to Join a Zoom Meeting. Another helpful video is how to join a Zoom meeting, in the Zoom Help Center, where you can find also answers to many other questions. If you don't see your question answered, please contact us. We care about you, and value your ideas and insight. Let us know how we can help.
We look forward to seeing you at Chat with the Chief, a Bothell Community Conversation!
