Bothell Police welcomes patrol-K9-in training, Allegro ("Ro")!
Ro still has hundreds of hours of testing, training and hard work ahead. The eager pup shows a lot of promise and loves to learn.
On June 20, 2021, Bothell City Council members unanimously voted in favor of accepting donations that community members offered for the purchase of a patrol dog to join the existing K9 program at Bothell Police.
Watch the unanimous city council vote that followed a detailed presentation on the proposal.
Bothell Police wishes to thank the generous community donors who made the purchase of Allegro possible.
Chief Ken Seuberlich is also grateful to Bothell City Council members Tom Agnew, Davina Duerr, James McNeal, Rosemary McAuliffe, Mayor Liam Olsen and Deputy Mayor Jeanne Zornes for supporting this effort.
