City Hall Lobby Reopens to In-Person Service

City Hall Lobby

As many county and state COVID restrictions have lifted, the City Hall Lobby has reopened to in-person services.   Masks are optional.

Monday:  By appointment only

Tuesday:  8:00am - 5:00pm

Wednesday:  8:00am - 5:00pm

Thursday:  8:00am - 5:00pm

Friday: By appointment only

Please note, the Permit Center is closed from 12pm to 1pm Tuesday – Thursday.

Residents can also still access many city services online and we have learned this is a preferred option for many in our community. You can pay your utility bill online at: https://mss.bothellwa.gov/mss/default.aspx. If you have any utility questions, email utilities@bothellwa.gov or call 425-806-6881.

Beginning April 1st, Council Chambers and Conference Rooms 107 and 108 can be reserved for community use, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during business hours.

City Council meetings are still being held virtually, but City Council is addressing their meeting format now and expects to make a decision in early May.

Board and Commission meeting times and format vary.  See www.bothellwa.gov/Boards for the latest updates.

The City Hall parking garage remains open to the public, with free, short-term parking for visitors on P2 and P3 floors.  Please note, overnight parking is not permitted in the garage.

If you have any questions at all, please call 425-806-6100 from 8am to 5pm for City Hall assistance.  Thank you and we look forward to serving you in person, online, or over the phone, whichever best meets your needs.
