Our city partner for animal welfare services, The Everett Animal Shelter is in great need of pet food donations this winter. The shelter is housing many dogs, cats and more right now and they continue to accept more daily.
Donation bins will be in the Bothell Police lobby and at Bothell City Hall through December 31st.
Please see list of items in demand. The Everett Animal Shelter cannot accept any pet food that is expired.
If you are interested in opening your home to foster an elderly dog, special needs cat, litter of kittens or a pair of puppies, please consider applying on their website: https://www.everettwa.gov/181/Become-a-Foster-Parent
The Everett Animal Shelter also has an Amazon Wishlist available for the convenience of any donor who wishes to have purchases shipped directly to the shelter: if you want to purchase an item and have it shipped directly to the shelter.
This pet food drive is an annual effort and passion of Bothell Police Animal Control Officer Kristi Boucher.
Boucher works closely with the caring professionals at the Everett Animal Shelter.
The Everett Animal Shelter is an open-admission shelter committed to providing care and comfort to lost, homeless, abused, and neglected pets in our community. EAS unites and supports pets and their people through adoption, lost-pet reunions and community resources.
