So, Harmon was not happy in November, when a car prowler struck his neighborhood and stole two chainsaws from his vehicle. But Harmon did a lot of things right that helped Bothell Police find and return them. He also helped with accountability. A suspect is now in custody, facing multiple charges.
When Harmon saw that his tools were stolen, he swiftly

- retrieved pictures and serial numbers of his tools, which he'd carefully documented and saved
