The City of Bothell is now accepting applications for entrepreneurs and small businesses to participate in the 2024-2026 Pop Shops on Main Inclusive Incubator Program. The deadline to apply is October 11, 2023. Pop Shops on Main supports minority and women-owned businesses by providing prime retail space in the heart of downtown Bothell.

Program Participant Requirements
Businesses selected to be part of the program must be available to participate in Bothell’s free, four-part Business Workshop Series taking place every Thursday evening at Bothell City Hall, beginning October 26. This series is open to all businesses and entrepreneurs. Program participants must also complete a business plan; be open and available during standard business hours (Thursday-Sunday from noon-6 p.m.); sign a concession agreement with the City of Bothell, and in lieu of lease payment, pay 10% of gross monthly revenue; obtain a certificate of liability insurance that names the City of Bothell as the certificate holder.

The Pop Shops on Main Program first launched in March 2021, when City Council approved the installation of four pre-fabricated buildings along Main Street and Bothell Way NE to support minority and women-owned businesses. Complete your online application today.
