How do I view my past bills?
  1. Click Citizen Self Service on the left-hand side.
  2. Expand the Utility Billing Account by clicking the “+” button
  3. Click Manage Bills
  4. At the Outstanding Bills heading, click Show Past Bills on the right-hand side
  5. On any bill, click Bill Details on the right-hand side
  6. Click View bill image in the upper-right to view a copy of the billing statement
