1. How do I change my federal tax withholding (W-4)?

Come to the Human Resources department at City Hall between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. For more questions about changing your W-4 call Amy at (425) 806-6202.

2. How do I update my address?

If you have moved or are planning to move please contact Human Resources at (425) 806-6200 or HumanResources@bothellwa.gov. We can help you update your address in all the places it needs updating.

3. How do I change my beneficiaries?

Since beneficiaries are listed in multiple places, please contact HR (425-806-6200 or humanresources@bothellwa.gov) and they'll get you the correct forms to fill out.
